Advantex® Treatment Systems
AX20
The AdvanTex® Treatment System is a patented technology designed to provide secondary treatment of onsite wastewater. The system has been engineered to be compact and affordable at the same time, providing consistent, reliable onsite treatment, even under "Peak Flows."
The heart of the AdvanTex® Treatment System is the AdvanTex® Filter - a fiberglass basin filled with an engineered textile material. This highly absorbent material treats a tremendous amount of wastewater in a very small space.
The AdvanTex® model AX20 is the system of choice for the single family residence. A typical layout for the 2-4 bedroom system consists of a 1500 gallon two compartment tank with Orenco's Biotube® pump package and the AX20 filter. The entire system is controlled by a VeriComm® Control Panel. Following the treatment system there may be other treatment operations (i.e. ultraviolet treatment) before the treated effluent goes to the final disposal bed.
AdvanTex® Treatment Systems are easy to service and clean, and use very little power ($4-6 per month based on national average of $0.08 per KWh). Their operation is virtually invisible to property owners when they are packaged with Orenco's VeriComm® remote telemetry unit and its round-the-clock, Web-based monitoring system.
* In all situations, commercial Advantex® systems require design review and approval by Orenco Systems, Inc. before submittal to your local approving authority. Please contact us for further information and project qualification as one of the first steps in your design, as we will be able to help streamline the design and approval process.
